An ideal position for touring South Devon there are some lovely beaches less than 4 miles away as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are many other attractions to suit all tastes numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good local food. Amenities: ample parking.
