IN THE HEART OF THE POPULAR VILLAGE OF GORRAN HAVEN WITH A LOVELY BEACH Situated in the Cornish village of Gorran Haven the property is 3 miles from both the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the historic fishing village of Mevagissey. Surrounded by picturesque countryside and a dramatic coastline it is a must for all outdoor enthusiasts. The beach which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the house is known for its safe bathing and boating. There are also a choice of shops and pubs within a short drive. It is an ideal base for visiting attractions such as The Eden Project Charlestown Shipwreck Centre Caerhayes Castle St Mawes Fowey Falmouth the ancient city of Truro with its beautiful cathedral and the numerous quaint villages along the south coast of Cornwall. The accommodation is a spacious wing of the main house and offers ONE bedroom: on the first floor with a kingsize and single bed en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: also on the first floor spacious with TV DVD and radio with doors leading onto balcony with seating. Kitchen: located on the ground floor with cooker fridge and microwave. Laundry service by arrangement. Outside: grass seating area with garden furniture. Amenities: parking on private road. Bed linen towels Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. Regret no pets.
