Set in an elevated position the property benefits from wonderful countryside and distant sea views across the valley. Deer and stags can often be seen in the fields below the property and the Tarka Trail popular with walkers and cyclists is within a 10 minute downhill walk. Surrounding the property is superb walking country and Exmoor with its wonderful scenery riding and walks is close by. A short drive from the village of Swimbridge located in the heart of North Devon countryside south east of the ancient port of Barnstaple and within easy reach of the North Devon coast. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 20 minute drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs or simply relax and unwind on the private balcony and take in the far reaching countryside and distant sea views. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: master bedroom with king-size bed flatscreen TV private balcony and en-suite bathroom with separate shower WC and heated towel rail.
