SLEEPS 2 1 SHORT BREAKS WELCOME DURING OFF PEAK PERIODS This lovely first floor apartment on the water s edge has fabulous far-reaching views over the open sea and is situated off the coast path in a quiet area of Ilfracombe. The panoramic sea views can fully be appreciated from the apartment s balcony where you can relax and enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and watch the boats entering the harbour. Occasionally you can see seals. You will be a short stroll to the natural harbour where you can see Damien Hirst s controversial Verity Sculpture the Blue Flag Tunnels beaches shops theatre a wealth of good pubs and restaurants as well as the harbourside restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. There are coastal walks right on the doorstep or venture further afield towards Exmoor National Park which is beautiful in all seasons. You will be ideally positioned for touring the whole area with all year attractions including National Trust s Arlington Court Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The golden sands of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands are 10 minutes by car. The comfortable accommodation is very well-equipped and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with sea views and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
