Ideal for walkers or for the more adventurous on and off road cycling climbing horse riding Letterboxing or Geocaching. Haytor Rocks 2 miles away is considered to be Dartmoor s most famous landmark. Once you have discovered Dartmoor the delightful South Devon coast beckons with unspoilt beaches. Dawlish Warren part of the Exe estuary is a favourite with wildlife enthusiasts and Teignmouth offers a more traditional seaside experience with its Victorian pier. Brixham approximately 20 miles away is a small but busy fishing town. Sample the seafood take a boat trip or browse the art galleries. Nearby Bovey Tracey has a good selection of shops restaurants and pubs and is home to the Devon Guild of Craftsmen.
