DELIGHTFUL TERRACED COTTAGE IN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE SETTING SLEEPS 2 1 Situated in the rustic village of South Milton this terraced cottage is the perfect base for enjoying the many delights South Devon has to offer. There are some lovely sandy beaches and sheltered coves to explore as well as popular resorts including Salcombe and Dartmouth which are a short drive. Enjoy fishing trips from Brixham as well as many attractions to suit all tastes which include Torbay historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium rugged Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park and much more. The property is in the South Hams so there are some lovely walks and views plus many activities from windsurfing and kayaking to fishing and golf. Relax in the garden or enjoy a meal in a choice of popular local pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD and woodburner (first net of logs included 1 October to 31 March inclusive).
