There is a palm-lined promenade seafront gardens a lively harbour and international marina. Within minutes of the town centre there are beautiful beaches easily accessible by foot road or water. An abundance of pavement cafes pubs restaurants and nightlife good quality shops and a host of attractions to suit every interest. Paignton a short distance away offers long sandy beaches colourful atmosphere paddler-friendly waters and many attractions including Paignton Zoo Quaywest Waterpark and the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin both with TVs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with electric fire TV Freeview DVD video with both films and music radio and a further dining room table. Sun room with seating is off the kitchen and lounge with french doors leading to the patio. Kitchen: with gas cooker microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed patio area secure for children and pets. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 small car but roadside parking is available.
