An excellent base for those who love the countryside with its many walks from a gentle stroll to more challenging treks cycling routes and bridle paths . A short drive from Huddersfield 30 minutes from Leeds and 45 minutes to Manchester which all have a wide variety of shops bars cafes and restaurants. There is also a good selection of pubs within a 10 minute walk. Stabling: available at an additional charge by arrangement direct with the owner. The charming accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers TWO bedrooms: on the lower floor 1 double and 1 single with additional pull-out bed that can arranged with the owner prior to your stay. Bathroom: on the lower floor bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the upper floor spacious open-plan room with flatscreen Smart TV and Freeview. Kitchen area with electric oven hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and far reaching countryside views.
