Situated in the quaint coastal villagevillage of Instow which boasts a beautiful stretch of sandy beach along with a selection of small shops. It offers a comfortable base for a fun-filled family holiday. Take the seasonal passenger ferry across to the historic fishing village of Appledore or venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon has to offer including a range of surfing beaches Tapeley Park The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court Dartington Crystal The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. The famous Tarka Trail just on the doorstep is perfect for walkers and cyclists and follows the estuary towards Braunton. In the evenings relax on the pleasant patio enjoy village hospitality in a selection of restaurants and pubs or a stroll along the promenade with a Hocking s ice cream in hand.
