Located in a quiet spot inside the entrance of a private drive 50 yards from the village shop/Post Office and 1 mile from the unspoilt little beach of Crackington Haven. The immediate area has much to offer including a sandy beach rock pools access onto the National Trust Coast Path pub/restaurant surf shop and cafés overlooking the beach at Crackington Haven. Nearby Bude also offers a selection of shops supermarkets canal walks and ten-pin bowling. You will also be a short drive from the popular destinations of Newquay Padstow and Rock to name but a few with their array of boutique shopping art galleries and restaurants. Tintagel steeped in the myth and legend of King Arthur is a great day out for history lovers while Bodmin Moor with its rugged awe-inspiring views and selection of walks caters for the more energetic. Outside: both properties offer front and rear lawns with picnic table and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking and communal laundry facilities on-site.
