The beautiful village of Kingswear has a local shop and 2 pubs one with a very popular restaurant or take a 3 minute ferry ride across the river to Dartmouth which has endless wonderful shops galleries and places to eat. There are great day trips from the doorstep and glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path. The rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic is not far away. Within a short walk you will find the steam railway station and yacht club. Returning in the evening why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over Dartmouth.
