Built in the 1930 s but now re-designed and renovated to a superb standard for modern living both houses are virtual mirror images of each other providing spacious well planned accommodation for year round comfort. Approximately 1 mile equi-distant from two of Cornwall s most spectacular beaches a world of golden sand rolling surf and scenic cliff walks awaits those who long for freedom and the great outdoors. Also close by the busy little village of St Mawgan and its Japanese Garden is well worth a visit Merlins Golf Club and driving range is nearby and the championship golf course at Trevose will provide a challenging day out for any golfer.
