Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular attractions within a short drive which include The Eden Project the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens to name but a few. There is a bus stop nearby and the main bus depot is 1 mile away from there you can take a trip to many Cornish destinations and to Plymouth an ideal choice for those wishing to make use of their free bus pass. The property is also less than 2 miles from the nearest beach. In the evenings there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes many serving top quality local produce.
