CHARMING 300 YEAR OLD COTTAGE WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE NORTH CORNWALL COAST REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD This traditional character cottage is situated in the heart of an award winning Cornish village. The property is furnished and equipped to a very nice standard and retains much of its original charm and features dating back centuries. Some of the most popular surfing beaches in Cornwall are close by and sheltered coves are a short drive. The area is famed for its natural beauty and stunning coastline with dramatic walks along the South West Coast Path. There are plenty of attractions to suit all tastes including Bude with its canal and Splashpool Launceston Steam Railway Tintagel steeped in Arthurian Legends The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Some lovely walks direct from the cottage take you through fields and woodland with commanding views over the Iron Age Fort remains open countryside and the sea beyond. The accommodation which has been tastefully modernised offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with flatscreen TV with integral DVD and 1 single both on the ground floor. 1 further double on the first floor with dressing room next door accessed via steep cottage style stairs. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with multi-fuel burner (first basket of logs included) large flatscreen TV DVD and radio/CD player. Kitchen: galley style with electric cooker and hob fridge freezer slimline dishwasher and microwave. Utility area: with W/C washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with patio area and seating and children s climbing frame. Useful small storage area that can be used to house beach equipment. Amenities: roadside parking outside the property. Bed linen electric heating (night storage and panel heaters) and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Additional info: Please be advised that there are low beams at the bottom of the stairs to first floor and also in the first floor double bedroom. Regret no children under 5 years old.
