A few miles from the A30 you can be in Cornwall within 15 minutes. The lovely long sandy beaches on the north coast are a short drive as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include numerous National Trust properties and gardens Launceston Steam Railway Morwellham Quay and Roadford Reservoir which is a 20 minute walk and offers boating fishing kayaking windsurfing and more.
