This attractive Victorian terraced house is situated on a quiet private no through road in an elevated position with enviable views over Westward Ho! beach Bideford Bay and beyond to Saunton Sands. A 5 minute stroll via the public footpath situated almost opposite the house will take you down to the seaside village of Westward Ho! with its golden sands and surf. Much to do nearby including surf schools golf at Royal North Devon Golf Course horse riding as well as tennis courts and the usual seaside amusements. Walkers can enjoy the coastal path and take in the spectacular sea views towards Bucks Mills Clovelly or Instow. Family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way offer a great day out for all ages both having indoor play areas. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles one with TV and superb sea views. 1 small room with single bed and bunk beds. Bathroom: with raised slipper bath separate deluxe shower and WC. Lounge: with gas fire and TV/DVD. Dining room: with woodburner (first basket of logs included).
