Located in a rural setting with grounds that are home to peacocks within a short distance of the seaside village of Skipsea that sits within the Yorkshire Wolds perfect for walking and cycling. Just a 10-15 minute walk from the sandy beach and is close to the cliffs of the North Sea. For golf enthusiasts there is a golf course just 30 yards from the property (charges apply). Nearby Hornsea offers a good variety of individual shops tea rooms and restaurants whilst the nearby seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey boast long sandy beaches and numerous resort attractions. The Deep Submarium at Hull Sledmere House and Burton Constable Hall are within 20 miles whilst the shops cathedral and museum of historic York the resort town of Scarborough and the North Yorks Moors Steam Railway at Pickering are within an hour s drive. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped farmhouse style with range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and hi-fi with iPod dock. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed patio with hot tub seating and BBQ. Care should be taken with small children in the outside spaces. Amenities: ample off-road parking for 4 cars on the gated private driveway.
