Coledale Close is a truly exceptional property in every way, it enjoys a wonderful private location and superb views, yet only 400 yards from the centre of Braithwaite and amenities. The owners bought the property in 2010 and spent a year renovating and modernising it and landscaping the garden. They retained the original character but fitted high quality kitchen and bathroom, excellent furnishings and co ordinated linens.
