Accommodation
Finlay Cottage provides your own private wing of a wonderful, traditional farmhouse in the heart of a busy working farmyard. There are pigs to help feed, horses, sheep and working dogs all on your doorstep but you do have your own fully enclosed garden too! There is a heated outdoor pool for you to enjoy from May to September and a tennis court. Visit in autumn and see the harvest of fruit and hops being brought in, springtime for lambing and summer for great country walks and lazy days. With historic Rye and seven miles of sandy beaches at Camber so close - you won't find a better place for a great family holiday. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 0.8mile Coast: 2 miles

== Garden: Fully enclosed lawned area with garden furniture and barbecue. Feel free to wander around the farm - just make sure children are supervised at all times.
Parking: Directly beside the cottage.
Heating: Oil central heating and Rayburn in winter.
Notes: Dogs are welcome but need to be sociable as there are many dogs on the farm and they must be controlled near livestock. Pool and tennis court use generally relaxed but appreciated if times are arranged with the owners. Free range eggs available.
