A spacious and well equipped ground floor flat enjoying a pretty enclosed rear garden and being very near to the Southwold Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creak, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to the beaches and the town centre amenities by road or the various footpaths.
