For holidays in the slightly chillier months, the open fire will become a favourite focal point. A sun lounge extends the living area and is the perfect spot for catching up with the morning newspapers or for the grown- ups to enjoy a glass of wine in the warmth of a summers evening. The large games room will keep the children occupied with table tennis, darts or mini snooker and the TV for games and DVDs is a definite plus point. Overlooking the front garden, the kitchen is well equipped and additional appliances are housed in the adjacent utility room. There are three bedrooms in Little Hatch, a spacious master double room and an attractive twin room are located off the hallway, together with the pristine family bathroom. A second smaller bright and sunny double room is accessed from the rear of the games room, and has patio doors out onto the garden. Little Hatch is in a great location for exploring the outstanding natural beauty of North Devon, nearby Woolacombe has stunning golden beaches, great family friendly pubs and restaurants or for a change of pace the picturesque village of Mortehoe offers a heritage centre, rocky coves and access to miles of scenic coastal and inland walks, perfect for both casual or more experienced walkers.
