The houses really are off the beaten track - with the private lane meandering through woodland and fields for about a mile. Fabulous views from the patio across the large pond, (fully fenced and gated) with dinghy and tree house for guests use, plus walks across the rolling meadows or through the woodsl . Rye, Camber Sands and the Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway station at Newenden are a short drive away amongst the many places to go and things to do. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 3 miles Coast: 6 miles

Notes: The Annexe is available at an additional cost of £250 per week. The approach to the property is via a mile long private lane which is not suitable for low suspension vehicles.
