A great family sized property with spacious and flexible accommodation, just a few minutes drive from the coast. Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court.
Mill House is a spacious, detached cottage quietly situated only a five minute walk from the village centre. Stylish and comfortable, there is much to recommend it, including a cosy sitting room, a sunny conservatory, a hand-crafted kitchen, a large utility room with snooker table and a pleasant, enclosed lawned garden.
