Additional 2 persons on the double* sofa bed charged at supplement of £75 per person per stay. Maximum of 12-13 people!Please note: 3 night mid-week stay @ 50% of full week price; 4 night mid-week @ 60% full week price The owner requests a £300 security / damages deposit required when booking this property, payable by bank transfer (to the owner) a month in advance of arrival.
