There is one double bedroom with French doors leading out to the parking area, allowing easy, level access for any guest with mobility problems. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living area is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area which has a woodburner and also two sofabeds, making the cottage suitable for small families or friends as well as couples. Outside is off road parking, storage for bikes and use of a patio and orchard with sitting areas to enjoy the country views. Close enough to Snowdonia to enjoy the activities yet also within easy reach of the coast, the city of Chester or even vibrant Liverpool, Pen y Bryn Cottage makes a great year-round base.
