The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away. Poppy Cottage is an attractive single storey flint property tucked away behind a terrace of traditional flint cottages ideally placed to explore the local marshes, coastal path and beautiful beaches.. A short walk along the new footpath which borders the River Stiffkey will take you to the popular village inn and if you venture a little further, enjoy a coffee and browse the local produce at the village stores.
