Seaside House is a terraced town house in a quiet cul-de-sac near the sloping path which leads down to the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach - a few metres from delightful Botany Bay with its expanse of golden sands and towering white cliffs that are popular with nesting seabirds. Canterbury, Sandwich, Whitstable and Herne Bay are all within a short drive whilst Dover is just 22 miles away offering the chance of a pleasant day trip to France. There are two golf courses within 2 miles of the property and the Viking Coastal Trail runs along the cliff path near the house for impressive walks and cycle rides. Add to that, two very good pubs serving excellent food are within a 10 minute walk!
