There are two ground floor bedrooms - a double room with bath and basin in the room and a separate WC, and a twin room which can also be offered as a double by prior arrangement. There is a ground floor wet room too. Upstairs is the open plan living area, with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, and picture windows to take in the countryside views. Outside is off road parking, and two private patios with furniture, as well as a lawned area and use of the owners gardens including large duckpond. The Granary makes a superb year-round base for families or friends to enjoy this lovely part of Wales.
