This detached, pet friendly, timber cottage which is built on stilts sleeps 6 people in the village of Laggan which featured in the BBC drama series, Monarch Of The Glen, and is in the heart of The Cairngorms National Park.
This attractive property is quite quirky because it's constructed wholly of wood and rests on the edge of a hill. This house offers some of the best views of Scotland around and you can clearly see both Ben Alder and Craig Meagaidh mountains from the property. The house is light and airy and has a double-height ceiling in the open plan living area. The open plan living area comprises of a large sitting area, fully fitted modern kitchen, eating area and an additional seating area with large windows from which you can see the Scottish mountains and stretching landscape. The property has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a log stove in the sitting area and a large decked veranda.
