Set in the midst of the farmyard, The Old Pump House is every bit as good as it looks. The beautiful vaulted ceilings create a fabulous living space, furnished with great style and with a true eye for design. When you add the location - with breathtaking views from both the tennis court and the state of the art indoor swimming pool and not forgetting the fishing lake - this really is a very special place. There are 180 acres of orchards with many footpaths and local walks to enjoy and many attractions within easy reach, is it a brilliant base from which to explore all that Kent has to offer. Notes: Very comfortable full sprung Z bed available for additional guest in the sitting room area. The pool is cleaned and sanitised by a UV light system. Day tickets are available for the fishing lake and the pool and tennis court are available by arrangement with the owners. Due to its location with tractors and farm equipment present, the cottage is not suitable for toddlers or children under 10 years old.
