This former Victorian powerhouse offers light, airy and stylish and unusual accommodation for up to 10 people.
This is a superb conversion of a former Victorian powerhouse, just 800 yards from the sandy beach in Skinningrove. Skilfully restored, the property has many fine, original features. The entrance hall has a magnificent staircase leading to a galleried landing with a leaded glass dome, and the relaxing sitting room has beautiful arched windows with sea views and a cast iron fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a generous dining area, and the bathroom with its roll top bath entices the guests to have a luxurious soak at the end of the day. The four bedrooms exude character with exposed beams, quirky windows, and sumptuous décor; two of the rooms enjoy en-suite facilities. A shared enclosed lawn and courtyard can be enjoyed outside.
