Accommodation overview: A TRULY MAGICAL POSITION WITH VIEWS OVER THE SEA WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH This end of terrace former coastguard cottage is situated in a wonderful position overlooking the sea and is a short stroll to a sheltered sandy bay with cliffs on either side. Popular with locals and visiting families and with a large expanse of sand for ball games at low tide. A perfect spot for walkers the cliff-top is perfect for enjoying the many different vistas all year round. Relax on the patio and terraced garden area all with excellent views and see the many ships and boats sailing from Plymouth Sound. Venture further afield and explore Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican high street shops theatre and other leisure facilities. Torbay is popular with bathers and other attractions well worth a visit include Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park Paignton Zoo Buckfast Abbey Crealy Devon and much more. In the evenings relax in the property which has lovely views from most rooms. Games room: with large flatscreen TV with full 3D Sky package (includes movies and sports) Wii and games. The historic accommodation is approached via a long private road and is formerly two cottages made into one and accessed via a number of steps leading up to the property offering FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with feature en-suite bathroom with luxury bath wet room style shower and WC. 1 further double 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have TV s with freeview. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with sea views from both aspects TV Sky package and DVD. Kitchen/ diner: fabulous room with slate floor range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Breakfast bar and dining area. Outside: enclosed garden area and large tiered gardens. Amenities: parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating full 3D Sky package (includes movies and sports) and Wi-fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: there is a well-stocked drinks cabinet operated on an honesty box system. There is no BBQ provided however guests are welcome to bring their own.
