Surrounded by moorland and countryside, Stone cottage is a perfect retreat following a day out. There are traditional English Country pubs in close proximity where choices of menu are available.
Stone cottage was lovingly refurbished in 2011 and retains much of its original character.
Accommodation details: Lounge with comfortable seating & dining area, a 32†flat screen TV & DVD player. A well equipped kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven.
A utility room with washing machine, an ideal place for storing coats, boots and bycicles etc. An open staircase leads to a mezzanine landing that enjoys far reaching views with a sofa bed and small library. Bathroom with white three piece suite with shower over bath, heated towel rail and shaver point.
The bedroom has a king size bed and matching pine furniture & hairdryer. A high chair, travel cot and safety gate are all available. However, please bring along your own cot bedding.
There is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.
An initial supply of coal, heating, power, bed linen and towels are included.iPod connection and internet access available on request.
No smoking and sorry no pets allowed. Private off road parking for one car 50 yards from the property, parking is also available by the cottage on a first come, first served basis.
