High House is an elegant grade II listed house set in a quiet cobbled street in the beautiful seaside town of Tenby on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Walk 80 yards out of the house one way to a stunning beach or the other way into the town centre with its medieval walls, harbour, fishing boats, colourfully painted Georgian houses, shops, restaurants and cafes.

High House is a wonderful place to stay for all ages and at all times of year. The house has a wet room with a walk-in shower and a large selection of wet suits and boogie boards. There is a TV chill-out room on the top floor, two smart TVs, an X-box 360, blue tooth connected Bose sound box, board games and beach games. There are some of the most beautiful beaches in the UK, numerous walks, surfing, a great links golf course and lots of other seaside activities nearby. Coasteering, surf lessons, rock climbing, abseiling, golf lessons, mackerel fishing, water sports and wet biking can all be arranged.

The house is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard and has a courtyard with a gas barbecue and atmospherically lit old stone walls for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings - an ideal seaside holiday town house.

The properties are set within stunning countryside close to the ancient market town Llandeilo, which has an interesting selection of individual shops, galleries and eateries.

They are within easy reach of the breath-taking scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park, the beaches of West Wales and the splendid gardens of the Towy valley. The National Botanic Gardens of Wales, with its great glasshouse, and Aberglasney Gardens are just minutes away. The bustling town of Carmarthen and the city of Swansea are both easily reached by car.

2 Tregroes Cottages is a delightful, semi-detached, stone cottage, surrounded by countryside. It is situated on a quiet lane just 1.5 miles from the picturesque harbour town of Fishguard on the Pembrokeshire Coast, with its quaint harbour and range of facilities. The nearest pub is approximately 1 mile away serving traditional pub food. The nearest train station is 5 minutes by car.

Fishguard town itself has many shops, cafes and pubs and restaurants, there is also a good leisure centre and swimming pool for those rainy days. Day ferries to Ireland are available from Goodwick harbour for an alternative day out. The Fishguard Folk Festival is held in the late Spring Bank holiday in May, Fishguard International Music Festival is held in July and Aberjazz is held in August, attracting many people every year. The sea skirts around the town with small harbours and beaches; regattas and sailing races are a weekly event during the summer months, and there are usually classes for enthusiastic amateurs of all ages.

The coastline here is stunning with rugged cliffs, hidden coves and fantastic walks along the award-winning Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a heaven for walker, bird watchers, wild life lovers and anyone with an appreciation of splendid coastal scenery. Guests can enjoy long walks, taking in the surrounding scenery, or simply stroll a few minutes to one of the lovely sitting areas overlooking the harbour and enjoy the peace and quiet as you watch the boats move out.

Nearby are a myriad of sights, attractions and experiences, with nuermous castles, nature reservces, gardens, quaint seaside towns and villages offering an endless list of water sports, pony trekking, theme parks and a vineyard.

The nearest beach 1.5 miles away at Goodwick. Or take a drive to Cwm yr Eglqys, 6.5 miles away - a picturesque cove located between Lower Toon and Newport. The beaches of Newgale and Whitesands are less than 30 minutes' drive and are renowned for surf and water activities.

Discover the historic city of St Davids, 14 miles away, featuring the magnificent 12th-century cathedral and medieval ruins of the Bishop's Palace, or for the more adventurous, take a sea safari expedition around the off shore island of Ramsey. Other attractions within 30 minutes' drive include the unique Castell Henllys Iron Fort and the wonderful Dyfed Shire Horse Farm, a fun day out for all the family.

Further afield, there is a wonderful collection of boutique shops and eating places in Narberth, which is well worth a visit (less than 40 minute). The popular medieval harbour of Tenby and the nearby seaside village of Saundersfoot are both within an hour's drive.
