Located near Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and only a few minutes walk from the shores of Loch Ard Loch Ard has a water sports centre with a choice of activities and all around the mountains and forests offer unsurpassed climbing hill walking mountain biking orienteering and ornithology. The Forest Hills Spa Resort is a few minutes walk and Aberfoyle is 4 miles away with good shopping. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom: shower with WC. Lounge/diner: with open fire and Freesat TV. Kitchen: with electric cooker fridge dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed wildflower garden with river. Amenities: Bed linen towels and electric included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement. Additional info: Due to working farm and waterfall adjacent to property the cottage is more suitable for children over 8 years of age.
