On the ground floor there is also a shower room and on the first floor, a main bathroom. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. Railway enthusiasts will enjoy the Devon Railway Centre and Model World housed in the Victorian station buildings. The town of Tiverton is 4 miles away while a little further is the historic cathedral city of Exeter.
