Accommodation overview: Coledale Close is a truly exceptional property in every way, it enjoys a wonderful private location and superb views, yet only 400 yards from the centre of Braithwaite and amenities. The owners bought the property in 2010 and spent a year renovating and modernising it and landscaping the garden. They retained the original character but fitted high quality kitchen and bathroom, excellent furnishings and co ordinated linens.

Accommodation overview: Catbells Cottage is beautifully restored and furnished by the owners to provide a high standard of comfort for up to 6 people situated in the heart of Braithwaite, across the road from the village shop and with two good pubs each serving bar meals very close by. Braithwaite lies 2 miles to the west of Keswick, which has many amenities from shops and restaurants to museums and the Theatre by the Lake. Whinlatter Pass and forest ascend from the village and are extremely popular with both mountain bikers and walkers alike.
