Accommodation overview: Pretty thatched cottage with distinctive accommodation with views of the local church. The village of Catfield is an excellent base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the excellent beaches of the North and East Coast. The sandy beach of Sea Palling is a mere four miles away with Cromer, Sheringham and Great Yarmouth just a short drive. The Broads offer many experiences, whether exploring nature reserves, cycling the quiet lanes, taking a stroll, sailing, fishing or bird watching. The nearby town of Stalham is just two miles away offering a supermarket and a range of small shops, with the market town of North Walsham with its greater range of shops and sports facilities ten miles away. The village itself has a shop and pub, as does Ludham village close by. Quietly positioned with views of the church, Church Cottage is a pretty, distinctive and comfortable thatched cottage. Surrounded by garden it makes an excellent base for bird watching, and is well-situated in this peaceful village.
