Lying just two and a half miles to the north of the bustling market town of Aylsham, Colby is a small village in a peaceful rural location. The small historic town of Aylsham itself offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. It also has the fabulous National Trust property of Blickling Hall on its doorstep and is home to the Bure Valley Steam Railway too. The seaside town of Cromer, famous for its crabs, is just eight miles away. A short drive across country will find you in the heart of the Broads at Wroxham. The property is ideally situated for access to all that Norfolk has to offer. The Old Post Office cottage as the name suggests has been converted from what was originally the village Post Office. Situated next to the owner's home, it offers comfortable and spacious accommodation on one level in a quiet location. The cottage has its own patio area and is within easy walking distance of the pub at Banningham. The area is superb for cycling and walking.
