Ideally located for visitors to explore both the stunning Ceredigion coastline and Cambrian Mountain regions. You will be within a short distance of the beautiful waterfalls of Devils Bridge you can catch a steam train in Aberystwyth on the Vale of Rheidol railway or enjoy the beaches stretching in both directions and wildlife reserves such as Ynys Hir. Cardigan Bay is famous for its dolphins and seals and the area is renowned for Red Kites with feeding centres locally. The accommodation is spacious with THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: spacious seating area with TV DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner with TV: 6 seater dining table well-equipped with electric oven and hob range cooker microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Use of owner s tumble dryer by request. Conservatory: this property has the benefit of a separate lounge area in a large conservatory. Outside: garden with large patio garden furniture BBQ and outdoor warming oven ornamental pond and fountain. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome however would need to be kept on a lead in the garden please.
