Standing in peaceful and extensive grounds just 15 min walk from Pollensa town and 8 km from Puerto Pollensa, this charming and comfortable house is idea for families looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful countryside, yet close to all amenities. Bright, spacious and modern with beamed ceilings, it has an attractive veranda and extensive sun terraces around the large swimming pool (8.5m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) as well as a built in BBQ.

C’an Varella is pleasantly furnished in a mixture of modern and traditional styles, and makes a most attractive and comfortable holiday home, in truly spectacular surroundings. The delightful grounds are filled with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, and offer splendid views of the countryside, whilst the surrounding private land is excellent for walkers or for children to run around in.

Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with fireplace and basic satellite TV and DVD player, steps down to fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom (downstairs twin is quite small and best for 1 adult or 2 children), stairs up to further spacious twin bedroom. Full bathroom, sep shower/WC plus shaded dining terrace/veranda with BBQ outside. Free safe. Fans are provided.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day (except beteen 10 Jul - 27 Aug, Saturday changeover only).
