Set in the heart of the Campanet valley amidst undulating verdant pastures and pine clad hillsides, this country house is set in olive, pine and citrus groves, and it is an ideal location for walkers and cycle enthusiasts. The spacious accommodation is comfortably furnished in a country style complemented by the inner stone walls and original tiles. The magnificent swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with curved, child friendly Roman steps) is bordered by beautiful lawns and gardens as well as an open fronted stone casita where you can enjoy fresh home cooked BBQs and totally relax with the family or friends. Beyond the formal gardens are extensive fields where you will see horses, sheep, peacocks and goats.
The shops and restaurants of Pollensa Town are 10km away, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 20 min drive. The beautiful hilltop town and famous caves of Campanet are also approx. 10km distant.
Two storeys. Front veranda leads into lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD, seating area and solid pine dining table with seating for 8 people. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob and a breakfast area. The master bedroom has an impressive four poster bed, fitted wardrobes and full bathroom. One attractive twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Further double bedroom and another twin share a spacious bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning units on a timer.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 5 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
