Children will enjoy the watersports centres with sandy beach nearby at Souel and Castelnau de Montmiral. Canoeing at St-Antonin-Noble-Val 30 km. The vineyards at Gaillac 15 min drive, and many nearby bastide villages are well worth visiting. International airport: Toulouse 88 km.

Spacious and beautifully restored stone ''Maison de Maître'' with beamed ceilings, set on the edge of a hamlet amidst farmland, vineyards and working farms. Lovely security fenced and walled pool 12 x 6 x 1-3m depth surrounded by large tiled terrace and flower bed, stunning views over open countryside; raised terrace overlooking the pool. At the rear of the property is a gravel courtyard and another restored building, let on a permanent basis and with separate access, together with an as yet unrestored stable block (no client access). Washing machine and extra fridge in cellar. Wooden stairs to spacious 1st floor landing, Bed 1: king-size, with magnificent new ensuite shower/WC and dressing area.
