Magnificent views over vineyards and gently rolling hills from both house and garden. Set above the house, access via a terraced path, is the superb pool 20 x 7 x 3m depth, equipped with a jacuzzi bench, thalassotherapy massage area and security sonar alarm. Courtyard with stone fountain, surrounded by flowers and a covered terrace, perfect for dining al fresco. BBQ. Adjoined to garages, newly-constructed gym exceptionally well-equipped with aerobic exercise machines, weight benches and many other devices, giving no excuse to go home weighing more than when you arrived!
