Situated in an elevated position on the hillside of the La Vina residential area, El Sol has superb views from its spacious terraces, swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m, with roman steps) and veranda. A modern house with bright, spacious living areas, the villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped, with a lovely swimming pool bordered by sun terraces and plenty of space for outdoor living. There is also central heating for the cooler months. Moraira’s beach and centre is about 4 km away whilst there are several shops and restaurants on the coast road 1km below the house. The lively resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 7 km away, whilst there are several small coves to explore a little closer to hand.

One storey. Spacious shaded veranda with eating and sitting areas leading from pool area into lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD player and enclosed fireplace, open-plan kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room).2 twin bedrooms share a full bathroom, plus further twin with ensuite shower/WC and patio doors opening onto the veranda. There is also a rooftop solarium.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
