The perfect choice for romantic couples, this gorgeous little house was constructed in 2008 and has been furnished and equipped to the highest specifications, air-conditioning and heating in the bedroom. It enjoys a peaceful location (just down a hill from Casa Tania SSN072) in a rural setting, built on a hillside from where there are marvellous views down to the sea and the beach resort of Nerja, approx 10-12 min drive away.

The pretty whitewashed village of Frigiliana is 3 km from here where there is a good selection of shops, cafe-bars and restaurants, although you may find it difficult to drag yourself away from this lovely villa!

One storey. Spacious sun terraces beside the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with ladder) offer splendid views down to the coast, ideal for enjoying a romantic al fresco meal. A further terrace is behind the house with mountain views and is accessed from the double bedroom. The house is tastefully furnished in a smart, modern style with black ash furnishings in the lounge/dining area where there is a safe, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a full bathroom and a fitted kitchen with hob, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed outside on the terrace in the BBQ area.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air-conditioning/heating included at no extra charge. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
