Cannes, 20 km, has boutique shopping, plentiful restaurants, as well as sandy beaches.25 km to Antibes, with lovely old town and regular markets. International airport: Nice 45 km.

This property boasts delightful, partly-enclosed grounds with several sun terraces perfect for enjoying the Riviera sun. Below the property is the Siagne canal path which can be accessed via a little bridge (closed by a gate). Covered terrace with outside dining area and BBQ makes an ideal retreat from the midday sun. A second terrace overlooks the private pool 8 x 4 x 1.2-2m depth with security alarm, pretty pergola and further outside dining area. Both terraces have views over the Tanneron mountain. At the front of the property steps lead to the pool which is equipped with sunloungers, as well as spa for 5 people. Minor road 300m below villa.
