Located in the small hamlet of Loupiac in the Lot valley famous for wine-making and considered by some as the undiscovered jewel of South West France. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and post office can be found just 3 km away in the nearby medieval town of Puy-L’Eveque on the banks of the river Lot. The ancient town of Cahors, famous for its wine and medieval bridge, is 35 km. Further north the famous Rocamadour 70 km is built into a spectacular cliff and also worth a visit. Canoes for hire all along this part of the Lot valley. This whole region is a delight with its châteaux, winding rivers and gastronomic delicacies. International airports: Bergerac 82 km/Toulouse 150 km/Bordeaux 195 km.

Contemporary, spacious and newly-furnished three-storey house adjacent to FG291 but totally independent making it ideal for larger parties or 2 families travelling together. Formerly a small watercress farm originally built in 1846; the original Pigeonnier still exists and is a typical architectural feature of properties in this region.
