Ideal for anyone who wants a villa without car hire, Villa March is situated in a quiet street in the heart of the pretty and relaxed resort of Cala San Vicente, within easy walking distance of the two sandy beaches and the shops, bars and restaurants. This spacious and pleasantly furnished house is set in its own grounds with lawns to one side and terraces around the L shaped private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) on the other. There is also a BBQ and outside dining terrace. It is attractively and comfortably furnished in typical Mallorcan style and offers plenty of space for a family holiday in this charming and low key resort, with the added bonus of all amenities just 3-10 min walk away.

The beautiful historic town of Pollensa is 4km away, whilst the long sandy beaches and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa are just 8 km away - both can be easily reached by bus during the Summer season.

Three storeys. From the lawned front garden and driveway, steps lead up to a shaded veranda and then into a hallway. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave (washing machine in garage). Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player, plus patio doors onto a shaded terrace from where steps lead down to the pool and BBQ areas. Double bedroom with balcony and full bathroom on the upper floor, and from the hallway a few steps lead down to 3 twin bedrooms, a full bathroom and further shower/WC. Free safe. All bedrooms have fans.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Minimum Stay 5 nights, arrive any day.

Please note: we consider car hire essential in April and late October, when the village is quiet and not all amenities are open.
