The house is situated in a catalan village, near the spanish border. This nice house has a lovely swimming pool in a garden of 400 mý and a veranda offering outbreathing views over the valley of Roussillon.
The traditionnal village with main shops at walking distance is on the foothill of the Pyrenees. The environment is very quiet, the house is the last building on the dead end and on the edge of forest. This place is a good base for discovering 2 major museums : the Dali Museum in Figueras and the Modern Arts Museum in Ceret. The nature lovers and those who like to hike or biking are on the right spot to appreciate some waymarked paths near by. The house also lies close to the white sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Argeles.
